A PayPal confirmed address is when a buyer's credit card billing and shipping addresses are the same. Shipping to a confirmed name and address helps both us and our customers to guard against stolen credit cards and helps to prevent identity theft.

IMPORTANT NOTICE - PayPal requires that we ship orders to the confirmed/registered shipping address as listed with PayPal on the PayPal Transaction Details. Box as a shipping address for the recipient, we will contact you (the purchaser) via email stating there is a problem with your gift order and request that you email us back to confirm/verify the recipient's shipping address, or provide us with the recipient's physical street address for shipping. ATTENTION PARENTS - Since our sales are made online and payment/credit card authorization is done electronically via PayPal, we have no way of knowing, or verifying the age of the purchaser. We WILL NOT refund any monies, or accept the return of merchandise that has been purchased by a child without the approval of his or her parents or guardians.

Guarantee & Typographical Errors:

We guarantee that all merchandise is brand new. We guarantee that all gemstones offered are genuine and natural, as opposed to being laboratory created, man made or synthetic, unless specifically described as laboratory created, man made or synthetic.

There is no expressed or implied guarantee on any or all merchandise. We go to great lengths to carefully inspect all merchandise for any damage or defects prior to placing it up for sale on our web site. If an item is damaged or defective, we will not sell it. Furthermore, we thoroughly inspect and carefully package all of our merchandise prior to shipment to ensure that it will arrive safely and undamaged at your door. However, despite all of our precautions, packages and/or merchandise unfortunately may be damaged during USPS shipping. Once any merchandise leaves our premises, we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during the USPS shipping process, but rest assured that we will work with you to rectify the problem as soon as possible.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, or is defective, it must reported to us within 24 hours of the date and time of delivery/receipt at the customer's or gift recipient's address, or within 24 hours of the date and time the customer or gift recipient picked up/received the incorrect, missing, damaged, or defective merchandise/parcel at the post office, as recorded by the USPS and the USPS Delivery Confirmation service. Claims made after 24 hours of the date and time of delivery/receipt at the customer's or gift recipient's address, or after 24 hours of the date and time of when the customer or gift recipient picked up/received the merchandise/parcel at the post office, as recorded by the USPS and the USPS Delivery Confirmation service will not be honored and no monetary refund will be issued. Please note that due to the very nature of gemstones, there may be inherent differences/natural inclusions within the gemstones. Said differences/inclusions are not considered a defect, or damaged, but rather a characteristic of the natural beauty and wonder of the earth's geology.

We strive to accurately reflect the beauty and true colors of all of our jewelry during the photography process. However, due to the light defusing dome we use to photograph our jewelry, there may be slight differences in the color or hues when viewing an item in either indoor lighting or natural sunlight.

We make every effort to accurately describe our merchandise, however, we are not responsible for typographical errors or errors in pricing. All prices are subject to change without prior notice, however, if you place and pay for an order with an item that we discover had an incorrect price (less than what it should be), we will honor that price since the mistake was ours. Should you have any questions regarding a particular item, please email us before placing the order.

Order Acceptance Policy:

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We at reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline or cancel your order for any reason.

We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your bank account, checking account, credit card, debit card or PayPal balance/account has been charged. If your bank account, checking account, credit card, debit card or PayPal balance/account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately refund your PayPal account for the amount of the charge.

Incomplete/Abandoned Orders - Orders At PayPal Processing Status:

Our computer system generates an order each time a customer proceeds through the checkout process on our web site and is transferred to PayPal's web site to complete the transaction/sale.

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS - You MUST wait for PayPal to return you to our web site when you are done in order to complete your transaction or else your payment and order will not go through! It may take PayPal a few moments to transfer you back to our web site, so we ask that you please be patient. Thank You!

If a customer does not wait, or choose for PayPal to return them to our web site, or abandons the order by exiting PayPal before completing the transaction, the order will automatically be placed at PayPal Processing status in our system. We cannot and will not process the order until the PayPal transaction is completed and we receive full payment via PayPal.

Please note that if you DO NOT receive an email from PayPal confirming your payment that means that payment/transaction was not processed and your order did not go through. You will have to log back into your account on our web site, go through the checkout process again and complete the PayPal transaction. Again, you MUST wait for PayPal to return you to our web site when you are done in order to complete your transaction or else your payment and order will not go through!

Please be aware that the majority of our merchandise is one of a kind and therefore, most likely the only one in stock, so we urge you to complete your order as soon as possible as the item(s) are still available for purchase by another customer. Our available quantity will only change once an order is complete and ful payment is received.

We will not remove any item(s) from, or hold any item(s) that are for sale on our web site unless and until we receive a completed order and full payment for said item(s) via PayPal. We are not responsible for any item(s) sold to a second customer while an order containing the same item(s) is at PayPal Processing status.

All orders remaining at PayPal Processing status after 48 hours from the original order date will be canceled by us for non-payment.
